The guides, checklists, calculators and state summaries on this site are general information for association boards and managers. They are not a reserve study, and they are not legal, accounting or engineering advice for your community. Statutes and standards change; check the current requirements for your state, and rely on a completed study and your own advisers before making funding decisions.

Fees, timelines and the 4/10 Guarantee described on the site explain how we work. A quote request does not commit you or us to anything. An engagement begins only when both sides sign a written agreement, and that agreement, including its fee, scope and schedule, governs the work.

The text, sample report pages, graphics and logos on this site belong to North Star Reserves. You are welcome to print pages or share links with your board. Please do not republish or sell them without our written permission.
